Election - Board of Directors

There are five candidates for three open Board of Director positions. Links to information submitted by candidates is below.  You should have received your ballot via US Mail during the week of February 23rd.  Ballots were sent to the address you have on file in AppFolio.   Please vote for up to three candidates on the ELECTION BALLOT.  The ballot must be placed inside of small envelope that was enclosed marked "BALLOT",  then place the small ballot envelope into the larger ballot envelope.  If you didn’t receive your ballot, email info@concordatthevineyards.org to request one. 

 

The return address and signature portion of larger/outside ballot envelope must be completed with Name, unit/bldg, date and signature to be valid.  Ballots must be received by Seacrest Southwest prior to the start of the Annual Meeting in order for your vote to count.  

 

• Mail to Seacrest Southwest but please leave enough time for it to get there;

• Give sealed envelope to Sandy Hagedorn on Thursdays March 6th, 13th or 20th between 9a and 10a or Thursday, March 27th before the start of the Annual Meeting at 6 pm.
